What to Expect:  Upon reaching out to a sedition mercenary representative you will be contacted as soon as possible to discuss details of your situation and see if we are able to provide services to you. Providing your request falls within our initial parameters we will go into details and finalize pricing for your ‘contract’. Upon agreement to terms we will await for initial payment to ‘validate’ the beginning of the contract, some contracts require payment in full while others only need a deposit. Once payment has been successfully received ‘sedition’ will begin working on the contract within the terms of the contract whether it be attack, defense, staging, etc. with full communication to the client. Once the contract has been successfully completed and any final payments have been made the contract will be rendered over unless the client chooses to pursue a long term agreement extension. We encourage all clients to leave a review on our eve forum page.

In the event we fail: While it is highly unlikely that our services would be unsuccessful EVE is a game that can throw in unsuspected surprises. Refund policies can be discussed on a client by client basis within the specific parameters of your requests. However if the terms of the contract were met and you as the client request a refund you will be denied.

Discounts:  Clients who reach out to us as a referral from an existing client will get a discount so make sure to mention who you know if you indeed know a client of ours! Also long term clients of ours get access to some pretty cool perks that aren’t being offered by other groups out there (4 month client minimum)
